Academic Career:
Ossama Badawy graduated from Faculty of Law, Cairo University in 1999 with an LL.B., where he obtained his Master’s degree in law (LL.M).
During the course of obtaining his Master’s degree, he has also earned multiple certificates from the Faculty of Law appreciating his superiority in a judicial science diploma.
Professional Career:
Ossama Badawy acts as chairman, sole, and party-appointed arbitrator in dispute spanning the economic spectrum under various rules such as CRCICA, UNCITRAL and the ICC Rules and in diverse fields including investments, construction, project finance, power generation, oil and gas, telecom, and corporate disputes. And as counsel, he is instructed by private investors and corporations and has prosecuted, defended and advised on scores of large-value complex disputes in most of the said industries.
By the end of 2018 when Badawy Law Office has been transformed into a civil corporation, Ossama Badawy became the Managing Director responsible to back up and give the legal opinions and advices in many sophisticated problems to multinational companies and institutions.

Ossama Badawy handles cases, advises clients, and drafts contracts in both Arabic and English languages.
Membership Organizations:
He is member of the Egyptian bar Association certified to appear before the Court of Cassation, the supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Constitutional Court.
